MINORS
The participant's age is determined at the time of wristband collection.
Children under 12 can attend for free if accompanied by a paying parent or legal guardian, who must present their ID and the child’s birth certificate. A declaration must be completed and presented at entry. [Declaration Link]
Minors aged 12–16 require a paying adult to accompany them, and both must collect wristbands together. A parental consent form, including the responsible adult's name, is mandatory. For ages 12–14, a birth certificate is also required.
Those who are over 16 but not yet 18 do not need the parental consent form.
The organizer is not liable for verifying signatures or declarations. Responsibility for minors lies with their accompanying adults.
Participants under 18 will receive a distinct wristband, ensuring service providers do not serve alcohol, energy drinks, or cigarettes. Removing wristbands is prohibited and will result in a ban.
PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
For minors, regardless of the type or degree of disability, a free pass can be requested for both the minor and an accompanying person. Additional rules regarding minors' access can be found above.
For adults, free passes are available only for disabilities classified as “grav” or “accentuat” (severe or pronounced) in the following categories: physical, visual, auditory, deafblindness, or somatic. In such cases, a free pass may also be requested for an accompanying person.
To request a free pass, please send the relevant disability documentation (CERTIFICAT DE ÎNCADRARE ÎN GRAD DE HANDICAP), meeting the necessary criteria, to [email protected]. Please include the name of the accompanying person in the email.
By requesting a ticket, the person with disabilities and their companion accept that they participate in the 2025 VIBE Festival at their own risk. LKD Events SRL. assumes no responsibility for any issues that may arise.
TICKETS AND WRISTBANDS
Participants can access the following four zones within the festival area:
- Festival Zone
- VIP Zone
- Camping Zone
- Glamping Zone
Participants must exchange their tickets for wristbands at the festival entrance or designated wristband redemption points announced in advance.
Wristbands can only be issued with a valid ID, which must be presented in its original form. Copies or photos of IDs will not be accepted. For minors, the additional documents outlined above must also be provided.
The wristband will be placed on the participant's wrist by the organizer after presenting a valid ID and ticket during the exchange process. Each festival-goer can only collect their own wristband, and it is strictly prohibited to transfer wristbands to another person. If the organizers detect that someone is not wearing their own wristband, both they and the original wristband owner will be removed from the festival.
Free tickets can only be exchanged for wristbands by individuals who can prove their eligibility with an ID. The name on the ticket and ID must match.
Access to festival zones is only allowed with a wristband, which participants must wear on their wrist at all times. The chip (referred to as the RFID tag) embedded in the wristband stores the participant's access rights, specifying which zones they can enter. The RFID tag also contains the participant's personal information and photo, based on the ticket provided during wristband collection.
The organizer reserves the right to inspect wristbands at any time, both at the entrances to the festival and its zones, as well as throughout the festival area. Wristbands and zone access rights will be verified using a specialized electronic device that indicates whether the participant is authorized to enter a specific zone. The photo on the RFID tag further confirms the ownership of the wristband.
The loss, damage, or destruction of the wristband or RFID tag is the participant's responsibility. In such cases, the participant will not be permitted to stay within the festival area until they obtain a new valid wristband and RFID tag. Torn, tampered-with, or taped wristbands and RFID tags are invalid, and the organizer does not guarantee their replacement. For any issues, participants can visit the help desk located in the containers at the festival entrance.
To resolve any problems, participants must present their ID and the ticket(s) used to collect their wristband.
PARTICIPATION
Access to the festival and its zones is only permitted through designated entry points.
By purchasing a ticket, all participants acknowledge and accept these regulations, which will be displayed prominently. In the case of free tickets, acceptance of the regulations occurs upon receipt of the ticket.
To ensure a safe event, the organizer reserves the right to prohibit the entry of certain items into the festival grounds.
The following items are prohibited: drugs, pyrotechnics, glass containers, dangerous objects, knives, umbrellas, drones, gimballs, selfiesticks explosive, flammable, or toxic materials, and any items that may harm others.
Alcohol in any form is strictly prohibited from being brought onto the festival grounds.
Festival-goers are not allowed to bring food or liquids onto the festival premises, except for campers, who may bring non-perishable food (e.g., canned goods, bread) and up to 2 liters of sealed water.
Participation in the event is at the participant’s own risk, including those with physical or psychological conditions that could be adversely affected by large crowds, loud noises, or special sound and lighting effects.
The organizers caution participants that fireworks may occur during the event and accept no liability for any damages they may cause.
Driving onto the festival grounds is only permitted with a vehicle pass issued by the organizers.
BEHAVIORAL REQUIREMENTS
All participants are required to adhere to these regulations, general social rules, and applicable laws. Activities that endanger the safety or violate the fundamental rights of others are strictly prohibited on the festival grounds. The organizer is not liable for material or physical damages resulting from violations of the rules; offenders will be held responsible and required to pay for any damages caused.
The organizers, partner organizations, and accredited press have the right to film and photograph the event. By attending, participants agree that they may appear in such recordings or photos and waive any claims related to their usage. The organizer may use these materials for promotional purposes without compensating the participants.
Participants may take photographs and videos but exclusively for personal use. Any public distribution, whether free or for profit, is prohibited.
In exceptional cases, performers may request a ban on photography and filming during their performances. The organizers will notify attendees in advance via the festival’s Facebook page, on-site announcements, or directly before the performance.
Commercial or advertising activities on the festival grounds are prohibited without the organizer's written consent.
It is forbidden to serve or sell alcohol and energy drinks to minors. Drug use is illegal and will be punished according to the law.
The use of fire or flammable materials, such as campfires or open flames, is strictly prohibited on the festival grounds.
By purchasing a ticket, participants also accept the rules of the Mureș Sports and Leisure Center (Weekend). The use of swimming pools is at the participant’s own risk. For free tickets, acceptance of these rules occurs upon receipt of the ticket.
Swimming in the Mureș River is strictly forbidden and life-threatening.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT GLAMPING
The first person to arrive at the glamping house, yurt, or pre-pitched tent will receive the key and will be responsible for ensuring that everyone can enter and leave freely.
In case the key is lost, a replacement can be requested at the entrance to the glamping zone, and compensation must be paid. The amount will be determined by the organizer in the liability agreement (to be signed by the participant upon receiving the key).
By signing the liability agreement, the participant also agrees to pay compensation for any damages or losses that occur in the accommodation. When participants wish to leave the accommodation permanently, they must notify the organizers at the entrance to the glamping zone. Together with the organizers, they will inspect the accommodation to check for any damages or missing items. If damages or losses are identified by the organizers, compensation must be paid, with the amount specified in the liability agreement.
Glamping tickets can be exchanged for wristbands at the festival entrance. Keys and other accessories can be collected at the entrance to the glamping zone.
Further behavioral rules for glamping can be found in the "Behavioral Requirements Within the Festival Grounds" section.
RULES FOR USING THE CAMPING AND GLAMPING AREAS
The camping and glamping zones, along with their associated facilities, will open on July 3, 2025, at 5:00 PM and close on July 7, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
After the closing time, the organizers will no longer provide supervision in the camping and glamping zones.
Both areas will operate 24/7, allowing participants with valid access passes to leave and re-enter these zones at any time.
The organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
The installation of garden or terrace furniture in the camping and glamping areas is strictly prohibited.
Participants are only allowed to bring tents that are necessary for their accommodation. Tents with large vestibules or oversized tents will not be permitted. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to certain tents in the camping zone.
All participants will undergo bag and body checks each time they enter the camping or glamping zones.
The organizers are not liable for confiscated items. Participants may return to their cars to store prohibited items, except for illegally possessed items, which will be handled by authorities. The organizers are not responsible for any items left in vehicles.
Anyone found in possession of illegal items (e.g., drugs, unlicensed firearms) will be immediately reported to the authorities.
The use of generators or stoves is prohibited on the festival grounds. Tents must only be pitched in designated camping areas and are not allowed in passageways, near restrooms, or shower facilities.
Littering is strictly forbidden; all waste must be disposed of in the designated containers!
Campers and glampers must present their festival wristbands upon entry. The RFID tag on the wristband verifies access rights to the zone. The validity of the RFID tag will be checked by organizers using an electronic scanning device. The tag is valid only if the data on it matches the participant’s personal details, which are confirmed by a photo.
The organizers will provide showers, restrooms, and perimeter lighting for the camping and glamping zones. However, individual access to electricity cannot be guaranteed.
Any damage to showers, toilets, lighting systems, or fences will result in penalties, and the responsible party will be required to cover the costs of the damage.
SAFETY
The organizer ensures safety on the festival grounds through security personnel. Participants are required to respect the work of the security team and follow their instructions in urgent situations.
If any participant endangers or harms others, the security personnel have the right to remove the individual from the festival grounds at their discretion, with the assistance of authorities if necessary.
FIRST AID
First aid points are available on the festival grounds and can be used free of charge.
PAYMENT METHODS AT THE FESTIVAL
The only accepted payment method within the festival grounds is via the RFID tag on the wristband. Cash and credit cards are only accepted at designated top-up points, also known as cash-points.
Festivalgoers can top up or withdraw money from their RFID tag at any time between 03 July 2025, 12:00 and 07 July 2025, 09:00, at the designated top-up locations, also known as cash points.
Important: Any remaining balance on the RFID tag can only be withdrawn during the validity of the entry ticket. Participants with day tickets must leave the festival grounds once their ticket validity expires. After leaving, the organizers are not obligated to readmit participants to withdraw any remaining funds.
Top-ups can be made via credit card, phone payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay, BT Pay, or similar), and cash. The minimum top-up amount is 5 RON.
Participants can check their RFID tag balance at any payment or top-up point. The organizers are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen RFID tags and do not guarantee the return of funds in such cases.
If the wristband and RFID tag are intact but there is an issue with the balance, participants should visit a cash-point for assistance. The issue will be resolved based on the unique ID on the back of the RFID tag.
In case of a damaged, lost, or stolen wristband or RFID tag, participants must visit the wristband redemption point at the festival entrance, specifically the help desk window. To resolve any issues, participants must present their ID and the ticket(s) used to redeem the wristband.
REUSABLE CUP SYSTEM
To reduce waste, the festival operates a reusable cup system aimed at minimizing single-use cup litter.
Cup Purchase: Drinks at the festival bars are served in reusable cups, which must be purchased for 9 RON per cup, regardless of size. Shot glasses are exempt from this policy. Depending on the purchased drink, participants will receive 300 ml or 400 ml cups. These cups can be reused, contributing to reduced plastic waste.
Important: Reusable cups can only be returned during the validity period of the entry ticket. Day ticket holders must leave the festival grounds after their ticket validity expires. Once they leave, the organizers are not obligated to allow them back to return cups.
Cup Return and Refund: At the end of the festival or when no longer needed, participants can return cups at designated cash-points and will receive 7 RON per cup back from the 9 RON initially paid. The cleaning cost of 2 RON will be deducted. Refunds are credited to the participant's RFID tag. Cups can be returned exclusively at the designated return points, no later than 07 July 2025, 09:00.
Cup Exchange: Dirty cups can be exchanged for clean ones free of charge at the bars.
Responsibility and Usage: Cups remain the property of the participant from the time of purchase until return. Participants must use cups responsibly and are prohibited from discarding them on the festival grounds. The festival is not responsible for lost or damaged cups, and no refunds will be issued for such cases.
